The division is home to some of the most experienced
and qualified personnel in Engineering and
Project Management.
The Division has on its rolls, a spectrum
of personnel with rich experience in the various
trades involved in the Project Business -
Tendering, Execution, Design and Engineering,
Materials, Marketing, Finance and Personnel
& Administration. With Gurgaon as the
Head Quarters of the Division, Regional Co-coordinators
operate from Nagpur, Kolkata and Bangalore to
ensure that challenging schedules are met
with, with the aid of proximity. |

The Division operates in an Empowered IT environment
and everything right from design, drawings,
and calculations are generated with computers.
MIS figures are updated online and are available
for analysis and corrective action on a real
time basis. The materials department operates
on the basis of a comprehensive data bank
with details of products, their specifications
suppliers and other details available on line.
The Project Execution team works with a cross
functional team comprising of representatives
from Tendering, Finance, Design and Procurement
to ensure that implementation is smooth and
coordinated. The execution team on site and
the co ordinator at the Divisional Head Quarters
employ MS Projects to keep tabs on timelines
and completion schedules.
The end result is a seamless process from
planning to execution in a manner that ensures
