Crompton Greaves Telecom Division commenced its operations in 1987, with the privatization of the telecommunications sector. The Division having its head office in Bangalore, is engaged in the business of Switching, Transmission equipments and access products. In addition to this, the Division is also offering Private Switching products consisting of EPABX Systems, VOIP range of products and Audio & Video Conferencing products.

CGL manufactures a wide range of Switching, Transmission and Access products for Telecommunications Network and Information Technology services which include System and Networking integration, Software application solutions, Marketing of computing and networking products, besides taking up large Turn-Key projects.
