LUMINAIRE: The T5 Retro has been designed to be used with the revolutionary T5 lamp. It is essentially a conversion kit that enables us to convert any conventional FTL luminaire system into a T5 lighting system at a fraction of cost. It has been designed in susch a way as to effect the change over from T8/T12 FTL to T5 quickly without any modification to the existing luminire. .

Construction: Basically it consists of the following: T5 lamp adapter (2 nos) of engineering plastic. It enables us to fix the T5 lamp( 14W and 28W) to the existing FTL(18/20W and 36/40W respectively) Luminaires. T5 Electronic ballast with mounting arrangement(double sided tape and mounting screws) Connecting wires clips and connector.

ADVANTAGES: Energy saving due to electronic ballast operation and higher efficacy T5 lamp. Flickerless start. A ver long average lamp burning life of T5. A very low lumen depreciation over the life of the lamp.

APPLICATIONS: Ideal for converting your conventional FTL luminaires into the energy efficient T5 lighting systems in commercial interiors, industrial areas, domestic applications and other general lighting lighting

While ordering T5 Retro for 28W T5 lamp. please mention the cat. ref. of the T5 Retro and the T5 lamp (e.g for ordering 28W T5 Retro along with 28W T5 lamp please mention T5RT28 + T528 / 065). Suffix / 065 in lamp cat.ref stand for "cool dayligth" If lamp with Wram white light is required, please replace suffix ' / 065' with '/ 040' to the cat.ref. of lamp.
